CS Lewis' Incredible Search for Truth
Clive Stapleton Lewis (1898-1963) was born in Belfast, N. Ireland, but lived most of his life in England. His ambitious mother sent her two sons to boarding school in England to "knock the Irish accent out of them" so they would not be barred from attaining their highest potential in the UK's highly discriminatory society. Sadly, the boys soon began mer…

The book “A Last Supper of Queer Apostles” by Pedro Lemebel of Chile is available for the first time in English. (Scroll down for the link.)
The Last Supper definitely seems to be in the air lately. Leonardo DaVinci was himself gay and lived with his partner “Salaì” (“little devil”) for nearly two decades, so if he was good enough for the Catholic Church to commission him to paint the Last Supper (a purely fictional scene, by the way), who are we to declare an LGBT Last Supper blasphemous?
Look closely at the painting. Notice the feminine-looking blond disciple John (to Jesus’ immediate right in the painting) as he and the the grey-haired man next to him interact. John, the writer of the Book of Revelation, was believed to be just 15 years old at the time. The pair in the original Last Supper painting are more and more problematic the closer one dares to really look (which apparently very few people do).
Americans and people from non-Catholic countries, because they do not have to live near the ancient cathedrals and churches, are not familiar with the endless sexual jokes in the paintings, carvings, stained glass and statues, some of which are downright sinister. And the art in the private chambers of the popes is/was(?) much more blatantly blasphemous, to use the archaic and unhelpful word.
A common refrain was that they would never mock Islam, but they already did in 2015 with Charlie Hebdo. How quickly people forget.
But how could “Christians” honestly forget that Jesus ate with outcasts and prostitutes and stood up and defended an adulteress (who was seemingly set up by yet another conspiracy of the rabbinical leadership!), daring the crowd with the words, “Let he who is without sin throw the first stone.”
It’s odd that “Christians” are absolutely abusing the actors who participated in the Olympic Opening Ceremony, apparently far less able to comprehend the teachings of Jesus than the average debaucherous person.
Another mind blowing truth is that the story of the Roman Jesus (as opposed to the real Jesus) is based on that of Bacchus/Dionysus, who died and resurrected. He too had to flee from those who would kill him (as Jesus’ family fled to Egypt from Herod) and was dressed as a girl so that no one would discover him. He was born on Dec. 25 and was the most important Roman god, god of grapes, wine, homosexuality, cross-dressing and many other things. No doubt patterning many passages of the New Testament after Homer’s story of Dionysus eased the transition from paganism to Christianity for the Romans.
The New Testament is highly edited by many many editors and is not reliable like the Old Testament (which is why the New Testament reads so poorly and Jesus has no discernible personality). Despite its flaws, however, it is about love, self-acceptance, tolerance and caring for one another. That’s the only way to build the kind of world we all want.
To me, the Olympic Opening Games, from what I saw (because NBC doesn’t let us see the entire ceremony online) is the French not mocking Christianity at all, but rather grappling with it and with their history as a whole, perhaps for the first time really . Remember, the French are and have been mostly atheists (rational, to their minds at the time) for a very long time. The traditional alliance with the Roman Catholic Church was mostly political.) I think it’s a brilliant and beautiful development!
Celine Dion, the “Ambassador of Love,” called the “gold medal vocalist” of the 2024 Olympic Games, gave a breathtaking performance of “Hymn of Love” last night at the Eiffel Tower in the rain. It was the closing performance of an entire evening of amazing, next-level performances up and down the Seine River as part of the Opening Ceremonies in Paris).
Katherine Austin Fitts was the Assistant HUD Secretary under George W. Bush. She runs the Solari Report, https://home.solari.com/ . How I wish she or someone like her were running for president so that the US may once again be a shining light to the nations. Here is an interview with her:

A new book, Ask Not: The Kennedys and the Women They Destroyed by Maureen Callahan, contains many horrifying revelations, such as that RFK, Jr abused his power as a husband by asking wife’s therapist to declare her mentally ill to get her out of the way; after his wife un-alived herself, the therapist revealed that she refused to comply with Bobby’s contemptible request by telling him she was not mentally ill, she was angry at him for running around… Ours is a topsy-turvy world.
We won’t be able to keep the sociopaths out of office until we make it a prerequisite to becoming president that the candidates do NOT want to be president (like Moses and Gideon and all great leaders). Otherwise it turns into an ego endeavor, sadly, at our expense and the whole world will pay dearly for it!
